Immediately blot any spills with a clean, dry, white sponge or cloth, and avoid exposing the rug to liquids. A high-quality rug pad is highly recommended for all surfaces to prevent slipping, provide cushioning, and enhance durability. Please note that the color may transfer, so it is advisable not to place the rug directly over an existing carpet.

When vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where the bar can be set to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, it is best to use the lowest setting. Vacuum the full length of the rug, turning and repeating the process to the next area, rather than moving back and forth.

Please be aware that rugs may contain temporary creases upon arrival. Allow time for these creases to flatten and settle naturally.
